How difficult is it to get an exhaust stud out of the block? When I put the Two Brotheres 6 into 6 on my bike I  inadvertantly over tightened one and it's  bowed. Knock wood so far there's no problem. But if I  decide to go back stock it may cause a problem. They are thinner than I  care for.

I just removed all of the exhaust studs yesterday from my donor bike.  The outside ones are easy.  The ones closest to the frame are harder to get out due to frame restrictions/interference it's do able.   I used a set of vice grips to grab the smooth cylinder above the lower threads.    I'm told there is a specific tool one can buy to do this but, vice grips worked just fine for me.

Another method is to install 2 nuts on the stud and tighten them against each other. Then put a wrench on the upper nut and unscrew it.

If it is broken of flush and you have access to a welder, place a nut over the stud and weld in the center of the nut. Now you have a bolt. Use a socket and remove bolt.

Thanks y'all, all good suggestions.

Tap on the end of the stud and use a penetrant. When you get it to move , run it back in. If it feels like it is getting tighter comming out , turn it back in and lube. Take your time.
