I am Parting out a Valk ***UPDATED***

I will update the list of parts no longer available as they get spoken for,
So far this are the parts no longer available:

Alternator
Rear end
Side Covers
Taillight
Engine guards
Front and rear wheels
Valve Covers


I was planning on bringing this bike to life but major engine damage and the going rock bottom prices for running Valks only leaves me one choice.

Not pictured but also available are the passenger seat, passenger back rest, luggage rack that attaches to license plate and fender and an Ultimate Low Rider driver's seat with backrest (old style square post).

What kind of major engine damage?

Bike was hydrolocked, fixed the broken gears and rebuilt carbs but engine knocks when started.

I think I'd pull all the plugs and turn it over by hand AFTER I checked the timing. See if the timing is on the mark, a hydrolock will sometimes cause a belt to jump teeth. Might be too late but worth a look!  

Just talked(listened?)  to Rita and decided to pass on this. Would love to do it but it would mean playing the cards too close under current circumstances.
