Call Steve (Jersey) for assistance. He walked me through the whole installation & set-up process. He provided great customer service when I installed mine. It is the best operational mod I've done on my Interstate.

The only time I've had sequencer issues it when I used the switch before it had completed initialization.

It's been a while - I now always wait until it is finished flashing before attempting to use the signals. I'll have to try interrupting some power cycles with switch commands, just to see what happens, if it happens again.

Modified Comment:
Did you put the bike in gear?...bike must be IN GEAR and brakes NOT ENGAGED to check your signal light timing adjustment.
BTW I found 6 seconds worked best for me after considerable city street testing.

AutoCancel delay should be able to be set anytime.  However, autocancel (after being set) only occurs when the bike is in gear.  This is so if you're waiting at a light and want to place the bike in neutral, the turn signal will continue blinking.

If you're experiencing something different, contact me via email and we can look at that.

I'm considering this mod, but would first like to see what all the hardware looks like and also the instructions.  Can someone please provide that?  The information on Jeysey's website is pretty sparse.

I installed one of the first ones, only problem I had was getting the correct springs for the turn signal switch.  It now works wonderful.
