Why we get gray hair

I needed to call one of my employees about an urgent problem with one of the main units at the shop. I dialed his home phone number and was greeted with a child's whisper,   "Hello" 
Feeling put out at the inconvenience of having to talk to a youngster I asked "is your Daddy home?" 
"Yes" whispered the small child.  "May I talk with him?" I asked.  To my surprise the small voice whispered "no!"
Wanting to talk with an adult I asked "is your Mommy home?" "YES" said the little voice, "may I talk with her?"  And the little voice said "no!"
Knowing that it was not likely that a young child would be left alone, I decided I would just have to leave a message with the person watching over the child. "Is there anyone there besides you?" I asked.  "Yes" whispered the child  "A Police man" Wondering what a cop would be doing there I asked "May I speak with the Police man?"  "No he's busy" whispered the child.  "Busy doing what?" I asked.  "Talking to Mommy,  Daddy and the Fireman".  Growing very concerned and even worried as I heard what I thought was a helicopter I asked "what is that noise?"  "A Hello-copter  answered the child.  "What is going on there?"  I asked now getting very alarmed.
In a whispering voice the child says "the search team just landed"
Now more than just a little frustrated I ask" Why are they there?"
Still whispering the young voice replied along with a muffled giggle...........there looking for ME.
