Has anyone done business with this company?
They sent me a defective Bridgestone tire and say I have to make a warranty claim for a replacement.
Bead of the tire won't seat. I sent the claim in and now I wait...

I've bought from them numerous times.  I would have again today had my local dealer not quoted me a good price on a front for my FJR.  Without my asking if they'd meet an online price I'd found, they quoted the same price. 

Then, when I took the wheel to them, I had to sign a waiver form that included holding them responsible for the quality of the tire - I'd have to take it up with Michelin myself.  ???  Oh, well.  At least I was able to spend the money locally.

I ordered a atv starter from them a couple of months ago and didn't install it right away.  It was 60 days before I did, their return date is 45 days after delivery.  Needless to say it was the wrong starter, I called them, had to e-mail photo's of the starter to show that I had not damaged the item. They not only replaced the starter but paid for the shipping too, because it was their mistake.

I would do buisness with them..

Order from them normally.  Great prices for bike and ATV parts.  Super quick and "usually" free shipping if you order enough.  They are my first web check for any part.
