Very predictable when one knows who the Chi Com gov/t really is.  They are busy pushing this new propaganda platform that the US started this.  They have their money and investment tentacles all over the world with the long term aim at total global domination.  The influence they have, especially in the poor countries and heavy leftist regimes is orchestrated to diminish the role of the United States.   The Chi Coms  ( gov/t and leaders, not the people ) are pure evil.
