As suggested by a few, Hello All!

Born and raised in Narcoossee FL, and currently living in Lakeland FL. I bought my 99' Red/Blk Valk Interstate From an old dude who couldn't hold the clutch anymore for 5.5k, about two years ago. My first bike was a 750 ACE and I've only ever ridden a bike.

I recently got my girl a Rebel (08' slv/blk) and she loves it. We got her a huge wind-shield for it and go on rides all the time now.

I've only ever had a car, so rainy season is more like rain-suit season to me, but I'm ready for it. If you are in Lakeland I have already made another friend who is not from the forum who has a Green/Blk Interstate as well, and his own jet ski repair shop. Feel free to message me, I get most weekends off, at least I am free on Sunday. Hello All!

Welcome.  You are in an area where a lot of members live so should be easy to meet some more folks.  I no longer ride but in the past my wife and I had a standard, a tourer and an interstate.  The folks we met are still friends and love hearing of their exploits.  I hope you too find that this is a great group of folks.  Quite a diverse group with a lot of talent from all walks of life.

Hello and Welcome to the forum family . the covid and heat wave have cut down on posted group rides. Otherwise it's not uncommon to have a ride nearly weekly in this central Fl area.

And hello from the Eustis area. Looking forward to some rides as well. As has been said, with this covid thing we are not getting together as often as we normally do but the Florida group is very active normally.
Your gal sounds like a good one! There are a few other gals in our group that ride. Look back a few posts and you can see some of the threads about what they are riding.
