Few facts.

People who are healthy and in good shape physically don't die from the flu or much of anything else. If the only reason you are alive is because modern medicine keeps you going, many things in life can very well kill you.

Question there is at what point is the damage done to everyone else worth saving those people? That is also questionable. If you have something wrong with you, isn't it your job to make the extra steps to stay as safe as you can be?   

Want to be safe? Use industrial masks and equipment. Guys who work in paint shops wear much better masked then any of these paper masks. Guys who cut concrete and many other people involved with chemicals all have better breathing protection.  If you are that worried or in that frail of condition why aren't you using upper level air filtration solutions? Why is everyone else supposed to protect you?

Agree with taking Vitamin D, most ppl are deficient.  But taking amlodopine and potentially tanking your BP doesn't sound like a wise move.

Actually, the "doctor" is telling you what you want to hear/read.

I'm not qualified to debate with him so, I won't.   I feel certain I'm getting the truth from my own doctors.   Maybe I'm as guilty as you are in seeking my own "truth".   One thing I truly believe in is that, you have a choice in vaccination.   But, it's not a matter of if you'll develop anti-bodies but when (this assumes you survive, most folks do).

For some.  The term many is relative.  Given the percentage the term few would be more applicable.

Now that they have announced that vaccinated individuals may contract and transmit the viral infection logic tells us that vaccination does not contribute to "herd immunity".  Ironically all the anti-COVID mitigations that have been instigated, including vaccination promotions, have essentially elongated the path to herd immunity thus defeating the ongoing destruction of the virus.  It is true that more people will die but by elongating the duration will it actually be fewer or just the same number spread over a longer period?

The vast majority of the people who contract the viral infection have a short time of very miserable sickness and then a while of recovery.  The ones that are reported or that catch our attention are the one's who are killed or have lasting impact.  They are not anywhere near the majority.
