Dust seal? Oil seal?

I recently had to replace a front wheel bearing on my '98 Standard. The dust (oil?) seal on the left (speedo) side was toast. Does anyone know the correct part number? I'm having trouble telling which is which on the parts fiche.

Thanks in advance!

In order to replace the dust seal, the fork has to be disassembled. Honda sells them as a set so just order a set.

I'm not talking about the forks. It's the dust seal that goes between the wheel bearing and the speedo gearbox. Sorry for the confusion.

Hard to decipher in the fiche but 19 is a dust seal. Only the Right side has an oil seal (18 bottom most pic).
Friendly reminder, there are 2 nylon washers (12) between the gearbox and it's housing, or they're doubled up.

The Right side has the oil seal, but it doesn't have a dust seal. The inverse of the Left side.
