That and is that the stock color? Either everything was dusty or something is off with the paint.

It's not stock paint.  The bags look like IS bags (no seam), but have Tourer latches.  The engine guard appears to have attachment place for pods.  Has IS pipes.  Need the VIN to know for sure.

Pretty fugly.   

If it has Tourer bag hinges, the lids will hit the trunk after 2-3 inches.
