Put the Snowblower Away Today

Highly unlikely to be getting any meaningful snowfall in my area until the fall. So I put the snowblower away this morning. Only used it once last winter. Unbelievable.

Ice storm heading our way tonight and into tomorrow....
Not sure how much of it will reach the coast....

Well maybe it's true for southern New England. With Terry possibly getting an ice storm, not-so-true for northern New England.

Freezing mist started an hour ago...Moving down from the northwest, out of Canada.

Reminds me of the story of the President of a large company calling his VP into his office and telling him that they are moving their facilities North to Canada to increase their profits.
The VP, extremely disappointed in hearing this news, says to the president, but Boss.... you know that the only good things ever to come out of Canada were hookers and hockey players!
The boss raising his eyerows and looking angrily at his VP responds, you know my wife is from Canada!
Without missing a beat, the VP answers back, really???........... well what team did she play for?
(Now that's quick thinking!)

Good news.  At this point, only the hard-core winter sports enthusiasts want more winter. The rest of us are ready to move on.
