2023 Tally Rally

   OK, looking ahead even though it's' only the first of June. I need to have an idea of count. If I put on the 3rd Tally Rally who would be interested in going and of these 2 dates what might be best and I'll target those dates by majority. No FSU football home games on those dates. Last year was middle of Oct. and great weather. Just a target as I'll make the hotel reservations in July at the Staybridge as last year. I usually can tweak the room total as time moves forward. Dates to choose:
1) Sept. 14-17
2) Oct. 26-29

I  would prefer #2) Oct. 26-29.  The Sept. date is already scheduled. I'll be in Tenn. on an ST1100 rally.

Patti and I are in on either dates. This year I have a small trailer to pull, instead of weighing the bike down. I will be installing a hitch on the interstate this summer to take it up instead of the wing.

We currently have only one non-releasable. "Peppermint". She is a sweetie but is a neuro girl. She has seizures if over excited. Can't jump worth a darn and likes to say on the floor or ground so she would not make it a day in the wild.
Other than that all of our "kids" are living Gods life in the trees even though we routinely see 12-15 daily for peanuts and a helping hand when needed. 
We plan on catching two of these and taking them with us if all the stars align and we can get this done.

Pretty cool for sure. My cousin John's X is the squirrel whisper around here. She takes care of many other animals / reptiles too. Great thing you'll do. Bring them with you!

Ok all, I'll be looking into making reservations in the next two weeks for choice #2 Oct. 26-29. It should be a great time. I've got plans for the Fish House as an afternoon destination from last years suggestions. I have a couple new roads for those that have been before to give them another look of the surrounding area.

  Today I was in Tallahassee and met with the hotel sales manager at Staybridge Inn. I will have 15 rooms reserved. When I get the green light that the rooms are ready I'll let you know so you can reserve your room so Stay tuned, I'll have pricing that I'm hoping will be close to last years amount. Staybridge Inn is under new ownership. Arrive on Thursday Oct. 26 depart Sunday Oct. 29th.

Keith, Roxie now has a replacement Trike for the old one that got wrecked. We will be reserving the room as soon as they are available, and there is a possibility that our Neice will be joining us.

   Studio - $99  and a King $109 I have rooms reserved under Valkyrie Riders Tally Rally. Only a total of 15 rooms. Don't wait too late but I was told they are ready but Chrisj called me said the front desk was getting the rooms loaded, maybe give them 24 hr to load. It will be another great time and some new roads. Any question let me know or check earlier comments.

Eddie let me know. They do have some new folks at the front desk. Mark is usually working in the AM and he is up to speed. Let him know you called in yesterday and the person didn't know anything about it.

Well thx for the heads up. I sent my contact a message that Mark seems to be the only one that knows of our Tally Rally MC Valkyrie event. Maybe she can get to the bottom of it. He needs to let his colleagues know how to find the event in their system and make the reservations. I may call him direct. I'll also be there in 2 weeks but it shouldn't be this difficult.

Ok, I just spoke to Mark at Staybridge and let him know folks are calling in and if he is not the one answering the phone they have no clue how to find the reservation list. He said that with the new folks they probably forgot how to locate the reservations but he will remind them how to set up the reservations. Also said we have 6 rooms reserved. Thanks folks can't wait.
