Crotch pics

My facebook feed is being inundated with pics of women scantily dressed with the focus on their crotch. Am I the only one? I've tried hiding there posts but it seem more keep popping up. Another is women in very sheer clothing with the emphasis being on the breast and nipples. I'm not prudish but I don't appreciate the constant bombardment.

Yes, I've been getting the same junk and it just started suddenly not too long ago. I can't seem to stop it so just X it out and move on. If someone comes up with a cure I'd sure like to hear about it.

My guess is, it's AI taking over and providing the things that get the most "looks" whether guilty of viewing or not.    I'm not sure reporting such images as inappropriate will do much good but, that's what I would do.

I don't have that issue although I regularly get friend requests from females that I do not and do not want to know.  Then again I don't spend much time or activity on Facebook.

I'm pretty sure Facebook is trying to lure you with what past history has indicated you may have sought after.

Don't know that the above statement is true or not but, I do know that such photos started showing up the day I signed up on FB and still do once in a while.   No, I don't click on them but, that doesn't seem to  stop them from being on the FB reals or whatever it's called.  No, I've never reported them but I have my doubts that would even work.   I do know that anytime I look for anything (especially on FB Market Place) that I'll start getting unsolicited ads for the same things.

I have been on Facebook for some years (don't remember when I started).  Started to share our motorcycle trips with family and fellow riders families. 

I have not seen the above photos (or videos).  I do routinely get some "tie-toc" videos that can be risqué.  But.... nothing like mentioned above. 

Facebook also allows me to share in events in my small town and surrounding towns.   Just to keep up with some events.   

So, while I am not a fan of Facebook, it does have a purpose, for me at least.

I figured I'd get a fair amount of ribbing about the inquiry, I guess since John and I are the current targets, they are looking for sophisticated gentlemen of a certain age. I think of Facebook as a tool I can use for my benefit but I'm not one who uses it to tell everyone every minute detail of my daily life. If it gets to be problematic , I can step away.

Honestly, one doesn't have to search for crotch pics to get caught in that trap.  Their programmed (AI) routines associate certain searches with certain types of bait.  It could have been something perfectly innocent but was flagged as related.  It could have even been an accidental find.

It will likely stay with you now for quite some time.

      Yuppers NEVER HAVE NEVER WILL access facebook. This here VRCC and some of my friends from PGR  Email back and forth once in awhile. I've managed THIS long without it!   RIDE SAFE.

Agreed! I've done that twice in past years and will probably end up doing so again. To make bad matters worse, Nancy's favorite spot on the couch is such that she can see what pops up on the computer monitor. I get some real teasing when those pics pop up, even though she notices I always X out and move on.

I had an account many years ago because my kids wanted to play some game that was associated with it.. As soon as they grew out of that I closed the account having never used it myself.

Anytime someone says " I was on Facebook and" I usually glaze over and tune out.

I have never gotten a crotch shot of anyone from VRCC.

That post could possibly be categorized as obscene but it cannot be sexually explicit.  I've seen members of both sexes with that same physical structure.  At best it is sexually ambiguous.

About 2 years ago I opened a Facebook account for the first time.....I'm 74.  I did this so I could access the Shadow T and Valk marketplaces.  A week later, I'm chatting on there with someone in Arkansas about a Valk trike he had for sale.  He asked where I lived and I told him Antifastan, formerly known as the state of Washington. 

Three days later I am notified that my Facebook account has been closed, no reason given.  There was no process for appeal.  Since I had only had 3 logins during my brief "membership", I can only assume I offended someone with my remark about Antifastan.  So, my short experience with Facebook only reinforced my opinion of that platform and the people there.
