Horn previously worked (new problem)
Aftermarket horn
Wired in a relay (just replaced)
Horn blows when hooked up directly to battery
Leads have 12V when the horn button is pushed
Relay clicks
Horn doesn't work

Do you hear a "Click" from the relay when pressing the horn button?

I'd suspect strongly it's either the relay is faulty or not wired correctly.
Never ask a geek 'Why?',just nod your head and slowly back away...

The horn previously worked. Relay (new) does click.

I'm still looking sideways at the relay... Do you have a voltmeter by chance that you could check the voltage coming out of the relay?

I FOUND THE PROBLEM!

Being confounded, I simply started replacing one wire at a time. Eventually I was down to one wire (of course it was the last one!), which was the lead directly from the battery to the relay with an inline fuse (no it wasn't the fuse).

I have a horn again! It's the 128db Wolo Bad Boy Air Horn, which will be nice to have working again.
