I just installed the Interstate carb springs in my '03 Standard.  After I got everything back together I started to wonder if I should have used anit-seize on the cover screws.  For those with mechanical skills, should aniti-seize be used for the carb cover screws?
Thanks,

You should use an anti-seize on all carburetor fasteners.

Same with anything that bolts into aluminum threaded holes with a few exceptions.

The power was rolling on slightly more smoothly.  Probably a placebo effect.
