Those fellas all in their eighties. They had a schedule 10am to 1pm, then back a 2 till 5 on Mon, Wed, Fri. The head guy burnt up on the track in a stock car fire around 1971. Burnt all his fingers off, uses knuckles on his I-pad to get things done. Didn't fry his brain though, very successful career since the tragedy.

I do recall loading a LOT of ice for the day Every day and the floors in the truck getting slicker than snot on a doorknob. Not only got paud but also got FREE chocolate milk!  ;)  RIDE SAFE.

They made it to the show and was a big hit. Unfortunately, on the return trip a "D" ring on one of the tie downs on one side inside the trailer broke and with only 1" clearance on either side it sprung the truck into a rail running the length of the interior. The straps had to be ratcheted down super tight to prevent the truck from hopping to one side or the other going over bumps etc, with the tight clearance. They weren't aware before the railing put a pretty good gouge in the body and rubbed the paint right where my lettering was.
It was actually good that the damage was in this area, because it can be repaired and primed where the hand painting was without getting into the big body panel. I will go back and redo the graphic as soon as the repair is done.
Glad you guys got a kick out of their project. "Don't let the old man in."
