I've been a very bad lad and exceeded the speed limit by a very, very large margin on blacktop. 
I rode my Valkyrie at 89mph at Bristol speedway. 
I rode my ST1300 at 135mph at Talladega 

Riding gravel strewn Forest Road 81 just off the Cherohala Skyway at 60 mph tops all of the above for sheer adrenaline buzz.
