We plan on headin' for higher ground today to get out of the heat. We'll be crossing The Great Smoky Mountains into Cherokee, North Carolina and then taking The Blue Ridge Parkway toward Asheville....I'm pretty sure we'll take Hwy 215 off the BRP into Canton before we get all the way to Asheville then hit the super slab so we can play on the I-40 gorge back toward  home. If anyone is in the hood I'll be on " Half-Breed " with  5 other Valkyrie's a Harley and a Kawasaki Connie so we should be easy to spot.

I've seen alot of people that thought they were cool , but then again Lord I've seen alot of fools.

I will be on the BRP  (Bronx River Parkway) in NY

Today, tooling around Bryson City, back & forth between there & Kickstand Lodge.  Beautiful day for a ride.

Oh yeah, except for the return trip home on I-40 between Waynesville & Asheville.  Construction had it down to a crawl for about 9 miles.   :-(

Did you see those guy's hangin' off the mountain by a rope drilling holes for the rods to " try " to keep the mountain stable ?
