Crazy as a loon, I'd say.  Be more interested in the autopsy for antidepressives/psych drugs than alcohol (or both).

I'll bet the boyfriend heard her coming down the chimney and said  ..." gee if I take off for three days and she gets stuck, I'll never have to deal with her again."  Out the door he goes.  Sends a house sitter home three days later to feed the fish and........ smell the air.   LOL
