The bike had the intake runner/spark plug cover on the bike when I purchased it. Took it off last night and parts went everywhere . The thing a ma gigs that one is on the front  I think under the cover on the left side and on the rear of the cover on the right. I also found two small very thin flat washers. How does that thing go back together AND what is the trick with replacement of the spark wires back into the cover. I went to the Kury web site but no instillation instructions. Those chrome  things with a hole in them one for each side , what is there position, and how many of those thin washers and where do they go?  A lot of answers needed !!!!!!
As usual help, and thanks,
Doc X

PS: please don't kick me off the Valk site until someone answers all of the questions

Each one of your chrome intakes should have an allen bolt on the outside.  The inside bolt will probably be the factory hex head bolt.  All six of those allen bolts should have a thin washer under each one.  The left side has an extra allen bolt with a spacer.  Here is a picture with the covers off.

The easiest way I have found to reinstall them is to pull all the plug wire boots and fit the plug wires in the slots.  Push the covers down and attach the plug boots one by one.  Tighten down the allen bolts with washers on them and viola you are done!
The problem with Socialists is they eventually run out of other people's money to spend!

Some people are too stupid to realize how ignorant they are.

If I remember right the thin flat washers simply to with each screw that attaches the cover to the bike. When I install the covers I usually thread the spark plug wires into each slot of the covers and slide the covers on down into place. The thick end of the plug boots are pretty much just smashed into each hole of the covers. The screws (with washers) holds it all in place.

Oh yeah, the loose chrome clips are placed underneath the covers to hold the smog tubing in place. It's a pain to get them underneath the cover while putting the screws in place and fiddling with the plug wires. As I think about it, I'd just throw the covers away and save yourself a lot of grief.

I ordered one and will reply to this thread on what (or what I don't get) in the package.
