Where does the tube on the back of the Petcock go?

My bike has been desmogged.  When I was cleaning the petcock today and trying to find a leak, there is a small tube on the back of the petcock.  It does not have a clamp.  It came out with the petcock and I could not find where it goes to.  Is it just a drain hose or something?  There were three tubes.  The large main gas line, the line on the back of the petcock that I am asking about and the one on the back of the tank.

I am assuming it is the vacuum hose.  It goes on the small nipple on the back of the petcock.  Where does it connect to - if anything.

the tube on the back of the petcock is a vacuum hose that goes to the #6 intake manifold to operate the petcock.

Warren only two tubes, main fuel line (big hose)goes on large barb and vac line from #6 intake goes on the small barb  that points forward on right side. The small port that points straight down is a tattletell for a bad diaphragm .
