Wiring to Fuse Box

I have installed running lights on the forks of my Interstate, all works well, connected to relay/switch/battery, with inline fuse,  but I want to wire the primary feed to the fuse box.  There is a 5 amp fuse that appears to be auxillary fuse (I figure I'll have to put a little larger fuse in here, 15 ? ) .  I want to connect the lights so when the bike is off, the running lights are off, but still use the rocker switch to turn them off as desired.  Two questions:

1.  How do I connect to the Aux fuse?  There are no posts on this fuse box, so I assume I have to splice into one of the wires coming off this box, is that correct?  (which one)?
2.  Rattlebars article about wiring mentions splicing into the Blue wire with white tracer for this.  My interstate doesn't have a blue/white, but it does have a blue wire with brown tracer...I seem to remember the wires on the Valk Std. and Interstate are different colors.  Is this the one I would want to splice into?

Thanks for your guidance!

Capt. Morgan,

It appears your 5 amp acc terminal Hot when on only wire is blue with white tracer.... (which I don't seem to have coming from the factory fuse box.)  But I do have a blue/brown.......
