Actually, Obama DID pull the trigger.  He could have done the easy and politically safe thing by ignoring intelligence information and commanded the military to do nothing.  By ordering this operation, he put his credibility on the line.  If it didn't go well, he would look like another Jimmy Carter in a mismanaged and failed military attempt.  It took "Cojones Grandes" to order this extremely risky and dangerous operation!

I'm not a big fan of obama, but, he was given two choices, one to just blow up the mansion that binladen was living in or to go in with the Navy Seals and kill him in person.  It would have been much easier to drop a bomb on the house, but we would have never been able to recover a body, nor identify it.  So by sending in the Seals, we gave binladen the opportunity to surrender, then we got the chance to kill him, and bring him back to prove he's dead.  it was a much harder and far more dangerous operation to go in and take binladen out, but it was the right thing to do, and as much as I hate to say it, good job obama.  It's odd seeing one Muslim killing another...... 

(Now, if you'd take the economy as serious of a threat to our national freedom as you did for binladen, I'd vote for you.)

The "Government" confirmation of BL's DNA came out way too fast to have actually been done, after all BL's body was taken by Helo directly to an Aircraft Carrier, and from my years on a Carrier I don't think it is possible to come up with a DNA match that soon, besides who trusts the Government especially the CIA?
