replacing speedometer

Anyone done this or know where to get replacement tachs and speedos... I would like a combo electric one... but that seems to be a lost cause, so I would settle for a very small mechanical one.  Let me know if you have ideas before I give up!

I just use a GPS for speed and about any aftermarket tach will work .

well i am doing add on gauges, like the water temp, and oil pressure, i am also buying new speedo and tach autometer gauges, i am getting the pro-comp ultra lite
