I have just placed my new truck stacks over the exhaust and was wondering if it is recommended to drill and place a  screw through it to hold in place,as I also drilled matching holes for the existing weep holes .Wouldnt want them to shift at some point and get alignment off.Best placement spot for screw? Thanks

WELL SON, I had to drive mine on with a biiiggg hammmer , so don't need any screw support, but I did put a couple of bolts thru for the support at passenger pegs. then I put Grumpys tips on and had to drive them on to ---so no need for the set screws inside the tips ---hope that answers your question---if they are loose the by all means do it --- :crazy2: :crazy2:

Well I just finished building a new set of exhaust, the truck stacks slide on snug but no hammer needed. The trick was to sand the inside of the stack to deburr. As far as the screw goes it all depends on how you modified your stock exhaust. With mine I drilled two new holes through the stack to bolt up to the bikes exhaust hanger brackets.
