It's possible we'll have a sell out at ground zero with close to 60 rooms already rented and over 80 folk's signed up....If you plan to attend now would be the time to get a room .Below is the motel information you need a room for friday June 8 and saturday June 9.

Below is a Copy / Paste from Don ( Highbinder ) on the ride.

Friday night is just tire kicking time and greet and meet around the pool area and parking lot.

Saturday is ride day, kickstands up at 9 am, be sure to be fueled up and be ready to roll, we'll head out on Va. 16 "Back of the Dragon" we'll stop in Thompson Valley for our first break, then on to Welch, W.Va., we'll be deep into Appalachian coal country, places like Coalwood, home of the Rocket Boys, it will be like riding back in time. From Welch we will get on US 52 to Va. 120 to Pocahontas, Va. Where we will have lunch, buffet style sponsored by the local food bank of Pocahontas for a minimal fee and all the proceeds will go to the food bank. From there you can take a tour of the Pocahontas Exhibition Mine and then we'll make our way back to hotel for more socializing and tire kicking..

Might ride up Thursday and ride the whole way with you guys.  We'll make firm plans as time gets closer.

How's Wimp doing?  I've talked to him several times and I guess everything is going ok....pretty much according to schedule.

I talked to Wimp yesterday he's still very sore and not doing anything said he's only been out of the house once since getting out of the hospital.....We should have several hookin' up around the Knoxville area for the northbound ride to ground zero on friday June 8.

I can only hope it became apparent to him that if he did'nt score a room he would miss out on ground zero just like he did for the InZane rooms at ground zero....Study long , study wrong.

So I checked it out first hand ..And YES !!

I just had a lot to catch up on after being away for 11 days...

And sterilize  all my little plant containers to get ready and start my garden plants..
LOL I had a very full day... I hope to get a ride in tomorrow ... :evil:
Then rake the garden of all the dead stuff from last year...
