It is a great deal. I also have a Honda PCX scooter with 14-inch wheels and a Kawasaki KLR with a 21 inch. Is this chock adaptable to many wheel sizes or would I do better with the HF $69 wheel chock?

I park my valk in one of those ever time it is in the garage. I mounted it to a 2X8 foot piece of 3/4in plywood and the weight of the bike keeps it from skidding

I have this HF chock. It works fine with the Valkyrie. My V-Max has a much skinnier tire and it does not hold is securely. I tried it and all seemed okay until the Max fell sideways - not to the ground but it was really listing badly. I wouldn't use it with the skinnier tire. It may be okay if I backed into it!

Stu, I have one of those and the only trouble I have is it slides forward when I try to roll the bike onto it. Don't really want to mount it on a board but may have to. Thinking maybe I could use a piece of 8' long plywood scrap I have and mount it lengthwise to the bottom. That way the chock can't move if the bike is sitting on it. Also had the same trouble removing the bike, wanted to slide backward when I tried to roll it out. Tried raising the bike with a lift, held the front wheel so tight it lifted the entire chock. I had to pull the pin for the rear piece to get it out. Other than that it worked great, very heavy, very solid unit.

I have one for my VTX.  It is on a 2 ft x 8 ft piece of 3/4 plywood.  Cut the plywood in half and put in a piano hinge so it would fold in half when not being used.  Holds the bike very well.  And yes, you have to stand on the plywood, grab the bars, and lunge backward to pop it out of the stand.  Not hard but then I can put some serious weight behind the effort.

Good deal,,, that chock works perfect for the valk front tire/ wheel. Bolted one to my derick weaver lift table and is darn soild. I moved the bottom, the part you drive over, into,  to the lower of the three adjustment holes, much more easy to roll out of.

Been using the cheap one mounted on a 2'X8' plywood board for well over 3 years.  Wouldn't even consider anything else for my Valk...Jim

I drilled holes in my concrete expansion joint in the garage put the bolts in the holes.  When i need it I just bolt it down.  When I don't I hang it on the wall out of the way. Concrete drills very easily.
