Just finished installing a sidecar onto my 03 Valkyrie Standard. I've got bad low speed wobble. I think I need a steering stabilizer. Can anyone help out with where I can purchase one? If you have one, photos would be awesome. I'm not sure where it would mount onto the bike. I'm guessing a universal clamp around the right side fork, but not sure where the other end would mount. Thanks,Arty

Though I don't have my sidecar on the Valk (yet), I had a similar problem with my Venture.  Try a heavier fork brace and/or see about adjusting your front tire pressure.  It may also be that you need to learn to accelerate through it.  When I first started with a hack I was very cautious, which made me linger too long in the wrong speed range-  I'm guessing 10-15mph?

Can we assume the hack is set up correctly?

There isn't a fork brace made for the Valkyrie.

Steering wobble, go back through your setting and measurements.

Something is off and it don't take too much.

Do you have a rake kit on?  Darrell made one for my 01 IS when I added the sidecar. What do you mean by wobble?  Is it moving you all over the road, or a front end quick shake?

At real slow speeds, if I hit a bump, my front wheel will shake back and forth some rapidly, but the bike does not change directions. It stops in a second or so, without really affecting anything.

Yeah!, I'm still new to the Valk ...... what can I say?!

The Valk is such a robust bike that the aftermarket industry does not support Fork Braces or Steering Dampeners.
Not that I found a few years ago.

As RJ said, somethings amiss. Steering head, tire, brakes, front suspension, forks & so on.

SuperBrace.com actually made one for the valkyrie and had it for sale, until somebody told them the valkyrie has inverted forks and it doesn't work. Their R&D missed that one.

I spoke with Dauntless Sidecar, I tightend the steering head nut. That made a huge improvement. Oh ya, forgot to mention, this is my third bike with a sidecar. Thanks, Arty
