I rode the Talimena Scenic Trail this weekend.

The twists, hills and mountains were incredible.

Definately some footpeg scrapping thrills at times.

We gotta plan a VRCC ride there this autumn to see the leaves chancing colors...!!!

Be careful in the morning and late evening.  Fog is common and sometimes so thick you can't see 5 ft in front of you.  Been there.  Done that.

Search for that place in google maps and mash "terrain" and it looks like an
oasis of mountains in the desert...  :cooldude:

The Lodge is closed for renovation until summer of 2012.
