Anything I should concern myself with??
Finding a trustworthy mechanic.
Regular motor oil without the "energy conserving" note on the circle symbol should not be a problem.

Id concern myself with getting what I need to do it myself......the one time my bike went behind the counter at a dealer they messed up more than they fixed

Are you saying you asked for an inspection of something and he chaged your oil. You should get all your money back plus the cost of more synthetic oil and filter. Then change it yourself.

Unbelievable :tickedoff:
More then words would have been exchanged if that was me or my bike.
I have never brought a bike back to a dealer for anything.
Unless it was a warrenty issue.
Not even for an inspection.

What kind of inspection did you ask for?  He should not have changed the oil for anything that was not authorized by YOU. I'd take it back and have him replace it with what you use.
