Looking for a hitch for the bike. Anyone know where i can get one? Thanks

Paxton

The two that I've seen around, one apparently sold for $250 on our classifieds... The second one, I saw it on eBay for $250.
I purchased that one. Beautiful piece! The one in our classifieds might still be listed (within the last month)... :)

Good luck with your most beautiful machine! 8)

PS: If I see another one I'll let you know. :-X

I have one in my shop, I will dig it out and take some pics.  One problem--I don't know if it is for a Valk or a Goldwing.  It came with either a)my first valk, a 97 std, OR  b)My fathers 2003 Goldwing.  I honestly don't remember which bike it came with, and have no way of knowing which one.  Any idea on how to tell what its for?

A guy at work is trying to sell me his cycle mate trailer for 500 bucks and im thinking about buying it if i can find a hitch. He said he would fabricate me a stainless hitch to fit my bike for the price of the trailer or if i got my own hitch he would knock 100 bucks off. Im thinking just have him make the hitch. It matches his 89 goldwing aspencade now so im going to have to paint it to match my bike. Seems like a good deal to me. Just looking for a hitch to see what my options are.

I built my own.  This pic is before I painted it the same silver as my bags.  With the bags, you really can't see it, so I didn't care whether it was chrome or not. I made a couple of templates and took it to a local fab shop.  They cut the brackets out of 1/4" steel...I think I paid about $120 for the steel and the cutting.  I had an old receiver hitch from an old car laying around.  So I welded that to the brackets.  It came out pretty nice.

I have been working on getting enough orders for Daryl @ XF6 to do a run of the stainless
hitches be made. More money but great hitch. I am not sure if we have enough yet or not. I have
asked in a previous post that if anyone is interested to contact Daryl and get on the list. He mentioned 4 or 5 and if we could get that he would make extra to have @ Inzane. Just trying to
help a site sponsor and get me a great hitch.  Tbone
