John Schmidt

Hi Everyone,

Well I'm back in Florida. I got in yesterday afternoon and spent the evening and entire day with Dad. He's doing so well. He's up and walking 2 plus times a day. They make him get up at the crack of dawn and shower n move move move.

Today, I figured out how to work the web system in his room and I was able to log in and he read every thing from everyone. He's so appreciative of all the support. If you all want to send messages to him through this site that would be great because I can bring them up for him and he can read them for himself. He'll respond but it'll be me typing it for him. He's just not ready for that yet. I know you all are interesting in visiting him but I think it's best we hold off on that for now. He is still very weak and although he misses the board and his garage, it's best we wait a bit yet for visitors. I'll keep you all informed as usual.

I'm so glad to be here on a much happier note. We have a long road to recovery but atleast we're on the road.

Thanks for the love,
Toni

Thanks girl! That is a great thing you are doing for John.

Hey John, should I come down and take your bike out for a ride? Maybe park her out your window to encourage you to get better quicker!

J/K, glad you are doing well.  I still say a prayer for you for a full speedy recovery.

John, keep up the activity, so as to keep your muscles in tune.

I lost all my muscle match, on my last siege in the horse pistol.

Can't seem to build it back up.   Been going to the 'work out' joint for almost a year now.   NO help in the muscle dept.  Lift weights every trip there.   Right now it is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

So listen to Joni, and she will be able to hep ya out.

Great news,  glad you're coming along there John.  I'm in Massachusetts... but if you really needed to have your beast warmed up, I'd be honored to ride all the way to Florida to ride her for ya.  (I've been lusting over her ever since the 1st time you put the pic up.)  On a serious note: Do what the nurses tell ya to do and try to refrain from grabbin there arses.  Get strong soon. :cooldude:

John it's very good news to see that you're home.  Toni is such a wonderful daughter for posting, but you know that already.

I still remember two oldsters sitting on a balcony at Bellaire sharing a Chivas Regal during a quiet time while watching the sun go down.

Maybe we can do that again sometime.  get well quick John.
