The dumbing of America,, kind of a rant.

So I'm driving along our city street today and see what I determine to be one of our low-life welfare recipients walking along with her head stuck into her free phone.. She barely looks while she pokes the button on the pole and never changes her stride while stepping into the street.. Like I mentioned I saw this coming,, while I had the green light,, I had time to stop but waited just second to slam on the brakes and come to a stop quite close to her and blew the horn.. She barely flinched,, looked at me,, gave me the finger and walked on.. I'm glad to see that our tax dollars are being well spent..

FYI, those buttons are not hooked to anything. They were an idea that was real stupid, that got stopped after the work part was implemented. Could you imagine all of the lights on a street at the whim of anyone walking by? It would be a cluster.

yep they work,,i have worked on just about every new intersection around here fixin the dam things..
