Dings, Dents, and other ditties

Finally...>FINALLY< finished with all these upgrade classes. Now home to my girls. After my encounter with the deer last week I was left with some dents in my front fender. Would it be prudent to try and maybe pull them out myself? Body shop? Hired tough guy? Mother in Law?(she works out a lot)

This was my front fender when I bought my interstate, the original owner knocked his tree stand over on to it.



I carefully bumped it out, used a small amount of filler and rattle canned it with duplicolor paint and clear coat.  Had to wet sand to 2000 grit, but came out almost perfect, (don't have an after shot).

  I have a small ding in my tank I want to get out, it is circular. Is it possible to get ot out on the bike and no paint work?

That was my thinking. I have a good friend that works at a body shop. They always have those dent pullers coming by to pull dings out of their trade ins.

Nice video Silver. I believe Valkyrie tanks are double wall or was that my VTX?
