  I like the concept of a taller narrower tire but my 65 wider CT tire looks better to me.

I'd also be VERY concerned about that rock hard compound that allows that tire to reach the 100,000 miles they claim....I would'nt ride one to the mailbox but thats just me. Anything that is that hard could'nt stick very well when being pushed into a curve and braking would also give me concern.I've asked several of the taxi tire riders what is that tire rated and never got a answer ( maybe its not stamped on the tire    .I run a Cooper Zeon 2XS rated 280 and a Fuzion ZRi rated 320 the higher the number the harder the compound and the longer life you get from the tire.I'll stick to the soft compound summer directional that will hang with me in the twisties and change it every 10,000 miles when I service the final drive.....To each his own

I understand your concerns and I don't know the rating on the taxi tire, but I gotta tell you, I did the dragon on it, no problem, and I've had her turned over and gassed her w/o a shutter or hop.

I'm not a peg scrapper, but I'm not a Sunday rider either.

Haven't had to hit the brakes hard on a corner, but if'n I have some issue, I'll be sure to post it here and replace the tire.

Not having any other ct experience, I'm very happy with this one.

I'm sure there are better ct's, in one way or another, but this is the one I'm trying first.

Always enjoy your posts, and I'm not trying to start a ct war.  Just sticking up for my choice.
