Just got a text from the manger at the ground zero motel... They opened 30 more rooms to our group. Be sure to say VRCC Group to get a $ 12.00 discount.You will need a room for Friday May 24 and Saturday May 25 .

Joe, just spoke with judy, she reccomends calling after 8 am and speaking directly with george. He will be on the desk from 8-3 tommorrow. Ima gonna call in the morning myself to see if he can sqeak one more out for me. It seems that the vrcc has already taken 33 of the 68 rooms available. They have 83 rooms total but 27 arent ready for rent yet so, that leaves 68. And judy said george told her to quit renting the rooms...kinda curious as to why but, either way, she said it would be wise to call at 8 am when george is here to see about opening up more rooms...

I just talked with her as well.... George sent me a text this morning claimin' he was going to open 30 rooms up to us. Why he did'nt tell the folks that work for him that is a DAMNIFIKNOW $:-\$ I'll call him tomorrow also and let him know he needs to inform his staff that he has gave us another block of rooms.... I talked to the manger this morning ( Saturday 3-16 ) and he told me he would let the staff know that 30 more rooms was blocked for our ride.... If you can call today before 3:00pm (est) he is working the desk and will get you hooked up
