if you added the " img and /img " yourself....i have a funny feeling you put SPACES in there....ie....[ img ][ /img ]....see the SPACES between the brackets and the letters? That's a no-no. Syntax is CRITICAL. take those spaces out Brit'...and i bet it works for ya'

see you got er' fixed Brit. must have taken those spaces out. I see Michael has the / in the wrong place, as Mary pointed out. Again, syntax on all these things are CRITICAL. no spaces....no misplaced symbols....etc.......

Lose the spaces within the brackets.  Those showing you the commands put them there so they will show up rather than being executed, but for the actual commands you cannot have any spaces within the brackets.

i notice some of you have URLs beginning with www.wunderground.com/.....

when it should be something like:

http://banners.wunderground.com/banner/gizmotimetempbig/US/AL/Montgomery.gif

but of course...with the img and /img ...with brackets...before and after it. SOME of you, might have the wrong URL/link?

His URL looks OK it must be the [img] before and the [/img} after.

Michael, you're using the wrong text. right click on the banner you want (from underground) to get the text

Thanks!  But I got it while you must have been typing.  for some reason, though, I cannot see many people's banners (yours included).  They are just white rectangles????

regarding not seeing some....seeing white x's in boxes, could be like me. I can't see ANY PHOTOS....that are stored on Photostash, photobucket, etc.....HERE ON BASE. the firewall blocks em'. i can see the weather banners ...and photos from "vrccservices"...and photos from far riders board....rune board....boards that the firewall guys haven't figured out yet....and PHOTO sites! Maybe you have some firewall or security device blocking some sites? Welcome to MY WORLD...if ya' do...
