It's called a brachial thump in martial arts. It's a strike to an artery that at first increases blood pressure to the point the brain thinks it needs to lower pressure quick, which causes the blackout. Great move and done perfectly. Notice how he draws attention to his right hand then uses the left to do the strike cleanly.  Blake
