I NOTICED A OIL SPOT THAT IS FIRST TIME,  98 VALK

THE 2 BOLTS FOR THE LEFT FRONT EXHAUST MANIFOLD BOLTS WHERE WET.

WHAT'S WRONG?  THE REST OF THE ENGINE BOTTOM IS CLEAN AND DRY
