I have a friend in Georgia that took a VW bug and a Suzuki motorcycle and cut the bug in half.  Put the handle bars and gas tank and half the M/C frame and attached it to the back seat half of the bug.  Motor in the bug powered it and you sat in back seat and used m/c front end to steer.  Had rear half of m/c attached to the front half of the bug you sat in drivers seat and m/c engine powered it. 
Was quite the talk around his small town.

hell, that's a cool idea!  I could have done that with my daughters old Hyundai elantra!  she had the trunk smashed, but the whole front end was perfect, could have cut the back end off, and made it a trike!!
