That is going to be a lot of glare from the chrome piece on the top of that tank. At times I think the small on on my tank is bad.

All black bikes and burgundy bikes get chrome on top of the tank, and top of the headlight.  They also get silver fork legs, grab rails, and valve covers. Only blue gets full black out treatment. ABS black only.

I know I'm in the minority here but I like everything about it except that damn rear fender. Wish I had 20K Canadian laying around!

Nah, I'm shooting for retiring in the next few years. No payments for me, as tempting as it is.

Put on aftermarket bags  and   chrome guards   on the rearend  to cover it up .

I can understand why people are so concerned about how the rear of the new Valkyrie looks...

since that is the point of view most of us will have of it.

 Were I in the market, I would buy the F6B over this.  Already has the bags, and a radio.  The Valk is a little lighter, but when you do the add ons, they probably will weigh about the same.  The rear of the F6 looks a lot better, and I also think the faring in the front and headlight treatment does too.

The more we look at the new Valk the more we like it.  Planning a test ride at the earliest opportunity.  Expecting to like it even more after a ride.  Beginning to want one.

My local Honda dealer called this am  and told me they got the 14 Valkyrie in and if Id like to come out for a test ride.

Dare I go? 

I want the charcoal black one     with sissy bar ,  and running lites   where the cheapazz cutouts are .

Tho I gotta work and don't know when ill get out there,    Its gotta be more badazz than  our F6B!!!

The rear of the Valkyrie looks like a Vespa!!
As a current owner of a Generation 1 Valkyrie I think Honda could have done better with the styling. The CTX1300 styling rocks compared to this one

My Harley ridin buddy   and me  are headed to the Honda dealer for the test ride tomorrow , Saturday.    Hes busy with church service in the am , were goin at 1 pm. 

Told him I called the GM at the dealership  and   we are good to go for   test ride the Valkyrie '14 --   and I told him  "you will be converted"   

Ill tell ya what ,   Im gonna push her hard ---- and see what shes got---- be fun anyway.

Water Based paint that can in no way last.

Don't care how many times you wax it.
