Careful boys. Although a good video, Mormons are not Christians. It is just wrong that the LDS propaganda tries to appear along side mainstream christianity.

Need proof?
- Mormons believe the Holy Trinity is 3 separate beings. Both the Old and New Testaments state that they are One.
- The last Chapter of Revelations states the Holy Bible is complete and not to be added to or taken away from. The Mormons believe that the Bible is corrupt, thus the need for a new message The Book Of Mormon.
- Mormons believe that Christ is not the way to the Father but ones own good deeds will help him/her return to heaven. They even took is one step further and believe that man can be elevated to Godhood.

Yes the Mormons believe there was a Jesus Christ. But that doesn't make one a Christian. Christian by it's definition means to be "Christ Like", and Christ himself didn't teach the beliefs of the Mormons listed above. I am not being harsh. Mormons are great people, with great family values. Their beliefs however do not reflect the teaching of the Bible. I should know, whereas I am a reformed Mormon.

I am not educated enough on the subject to debate as to if Mormans are Christians but I found it to be a good message regardless. I know I need to work harder remembering that every day is God's day.

Because you know Mormons you simply overlook the facts that were previously pointed out and make your own conclusion? Additionally you didn't state anything proving otherwise. Hmmm?

Furthermore, a reformed Mormon is an enlightened individual who saw the false teaching of the LDS church and now solely believes the truth of the Bible. I have years of research into the matter and am not speaking ignorantly. There is no debate when only truths and facts are being used.

Thank you Josh for telling what the differences are, I just love the videos and the choir. There are many groups that use the name Christian or use the idea that they adhere to Christian values even though they are secular groups. Most have no idea or dont care. I also love the works for the Lord that they do, I see many churches that don't do anywhere near what they do.

RobertC I think Josh stated that he actually was a member for some time. In reality most religions deviate from the teachings in the bible in some form or fashion. I have heard what Josh stated said before and the Mormons will themselves even in another video say that they read the book of Mormon given by their founder on gold tablets in the woods not the Bible. I do believe in watching the biography of their founder heard that the Bible is compromised although I will not swear to this. This post is not about religion but about the Valk I was interested to read what Josh wrote. The Mormons are still outcasts in the religious world and their founder was killed for his beliefs being outside the mainstream teaching of the Bible. So I would have to say this is not bashing but information.  I loved the video of their founder just as much as I loved this one of the Valk and friendship. This of all their videos is one of my favorite. Its about a vineyard that gives the grapes away I wish more would follow this example.

Josh, perhaps you should heed your own quote regarding Plato.

I thought it was interesting that there was a Valkyrie in the video but the message I chose to glean from it had nothing to do with the brand of motorcycle or the brand of religion delivering the message for that matter.

Please don't presume to think we are such simple folk that we chose to appreciate a message based purely on the brand of motorcycle in the video. I personally think that we can learn something from any religion although we may or may not choose to apply it to our personal faith.

This is hilarious. People are taking offense to a religion they are not committed too nor know nothing about. 

I will fully admit that yes the original intention of this post was simply to show that a Valkyrie showed up in an odd place. I apologize for side tracking from that.

I won't however apologize for speaking the truth about a cult religion who markets themselves as mainstream christians when they most definitely are not. As for Plato's comment. I have only spoken knowledge from the 17 years I spent in the LDS faith, as well at my time solely believing in the Bible. The medium conversation elsewhere is clearly opinion.
