Out for a ride today on the back roads on NC , The Nanatahala Forest, and into Erwin Tenn.

Perfect weather, 72 when I left this morning and 82 when I returned home. About 150 easy miles with little traffic all day!

Gee Bill,  Why don't ya take a stick and poke me in the eye while yer tellin' me about yer great day. I worked all day in my 95 degree shop and didn't ride anywhere.LOL

Thanks for the pics as I haven't seen my girls in three weeks and won't see them for another 5 weeks at best. Please keep posting pics as I am suffering from withdrawals. Please help me keep my sanity.

To my fellow Floridians sweltering in the heat, thanks for the compliments , as you all know, about 2 more months of enduring the plague and pestilence of a Fla. summer and then......... paradise for riding will be coming.

I'm going to do my best to stay up here until then!!!

Bill.....you have the right idea!
Had a big fan blowing on me all day long while working. Just enough to keep the clothes a little dryer. Now, at home, I went to run the dog for a while and the mosquitos are so bad I had to go back inside.

Hey Bill, it's good to see you got in some riding today also in the cool mountains. I rode the Harley today up to Tellico, I followed the river through the mountains of Reliance to get there.

It's a good thing we got our riding in yesterday. Looks like about 3 days of rain coming our way.

Was going to go to Hendersonville's friday night music and car show, with 70+ Corvettes scheduled to be there as a special treat. However, I doubt thats going to happen with rain called for all day and night.
