Well I took my time and did it all at once. I needed a new DS tire and it turned into a rip down. I had bearings pressed out of both wheels and sent the wheels and fork tubes, along with the rotors to the powder coater.

While I was waiting I installed new brakes front & rear, added a K&N Filter, changed out the anti-freeze and put a new starter switch assembly in, my old one was starting when it wanted to. I also bought new 12 inch progressive shocks for the rear, and new progressive springs for the forks.

Got all my stuff back from powder coat and bought a new Nexan DS and a new Metzler front tire. Had all new bearings pressed in both wheels. I removed the final drive assembly and greased everything up and put in the 3 new O rings.

I also picked up a new to me (4) piece Ultimate King Big Boy seat from one of our members, Thanks Eddie for the Great deal on the seats & Metzler tire  :cooldude: So the Fat Girl got a makeover and the bike is very smooth and the suspension made a world of difference.

I am hoping to go to Sturgis next year and wanted to now that everything was good to go. So now I ride with piece of mind and I only love this ride more with every mile. I may have forgotten a few other things I did, but she is all buttoned up and torqued down and good to go !!

Here are a few pictures of all the fun

I'm soooo Jealous !!  I hate people that can take something apart and then are able to put it all back together and not have anything left -over!!!!!!

Yes and it is frame mounted like the Roadglide. Very Awesome wind protection, I really like it for the long rides.
