The Goldwing Owners Club Of Ireland is having thier 30th Anniversary Treffin this weekend. Today they stopped by a place a few miles from me.
I decided to drop by and have a look, seeing as I know a few of the lads and lasses, and I am also a member of G.W.O.C.I. (even though I don't actually own a GoldWing)

That is a bunch of Honda's.  I guess no one leaves till those in front do.

Thanks for sharing the pics Phil.    :cooldude:

I see you've replaced that fly screen with a full size shield (and the Protac).

Do they have Dairy Queen in Ireland?  (ice cream shop) ;D

How do you get on and off when parked that close together?  :o

I replaced that old flyscreen a few years ago.
The shield I have now originated from a U.K. company called Skidmarx. A local bike shop was selling off a load of old stock and had one of the Skidmarx's shield sitting on thier shelf. After a bit of haggling, I got it for half of the price Skidmarx wanted. (And mucho cheaper than an OEM Tourer screen!!)
The Protac works well. Herself is delighted with the Mustangs and I can relax on trips out and about; and she has no problem getting on and off even with it in place. Bonuses all round, eh?

@ lordofchaos ........... very carefully .....  ;D ;D ;D
About 1/2 hour after I took the pics, all the riders returned to the bikes and got ready to leave the park-up.
Credit where it's due, the organisers got all those bikes out down a single track road in less than 5 minutes - all without incident.

Yesterday, herself and myself took a 100 miles spin up to the midlands to see an old friend of mine. After a few hours of BSing, we headed the 100 miles back home. As it turned out those GoldWingers had thier light parade running right past my front door!!!!
They were running from thier campsite about 20 miles south of me, to a town just 5 miles north of me; and back again.
We got back in time to put things away and get the kettle on, as herself runs on as much coffee as the Valk runs on petrol ........  ;D ;D.
So to end our day out, we actually had TWO light parades - all from the comfort of our garden wall.
