Just ordered my new vanity plate......

.......have had "VALKRE" for several years now and wanted something different. Never liked the way I had to spell it since we only get 6 spaces. Going with "6CARBS" now. Will ad pics when it comes in and ggets installed at renewal in Dec. What have you guys got?

Yeah, Flat6, 6cyl etc were all taken here..........This was as close as I could get.

I had vanity plates on all of my vehicles, but since Florida went nuts on overcharging for vehicle registrations, I went back to all regular plates on everything. 

I wanted NOHOG for the bike, but it was already taken.

The wife and I are opera buffs.  BRNHLDE (seven tag characters in NC) refers to Brunhilde (or Brunhilda) in Wagner's Ring Cycle of operas.  Brunhilde is the leader of the warrior maiden race of Valkyries. Woton, the chief of the gods, is her father.

Most of you have heard the expression "It ain't over until the fat lady sings".  And, you have probably seen the cartoon or maybe the Madison Avenue image of the fat lady singing with hooded helmet, spear, and breastplate. 

These all refer to Brunhilde.  The newer Valks have the Maiden Head image on the tank badges, and I ride with a Maiden Head chrome radiator cover.

And, no...I'm not a proctologist.

When I applied for the plate I had to give 4 different options. "DRKSYD" was one of them, but that must have been taken because they obviously gave me "DRKCYD".

The only thing you will need to worry about is if someone interprets it as "Dork Side".

As much as I would like to have a vanity plate I can't justify the added cost. AND if it was available it would be-GONGON. Or LNGGON or QKLGON or sumpin long doz lines!  RIDE SAFE.
