Magic Mountain Ski something off of Rt 17 in the NY Catskills has/had one of these.  But it wasn't that long.

That and a ZIP Line of equal distance.

Unfortunately, I doubt they make a line strong enough to stretch that far.

I've done a zip line once harnessed up after climbing about 6 stories up strapped in of course. 
That first jump off the platform is the hardest I kept asking the guy who hooked me up if I was strapped in, YOU NEVER KNOW, accidents do happen.

They have those zip coasters in South Dakota but never did them, seems like a fun time for sure.
