Grumpy

I gotta get some wind, I know we have been there a few times before, I am going to Carols in Mulberry Sat. I think I can coax Murphy out.

Life is like a hot bath. It feels good while you're in it, but the longer you stay in, the more wrinkled you get.

Flrider

I'm in for breakfast  :cooldude:
Tell Murphy he should come out and show his new ride.  :)
Hopefully we can also get a glimpse of Jerry's new Valk

Grumpy

Dragon Valk

Greg (and maybe Sandy) is up for meeting up in the Brooksville area on Sat morning for some backroad riding and then to lunch in San Antonio.  Just need to know where and when.

_Sheffjs_

Jack how about going full circle, we can start at the San An park at 8a

Later go find Don at Floral Park?

Greg Floral Park ok?  Say 9:30ish

Grumpster, I guess you and Murph plan on being at the On Q slightly before it opens?

I always emphasize ISH with the amount of tire kicking that takes place

Bronxboy

So it's the park at 8am right? Then a ride thru the woods and back to San Antonio for lunch? Looking forward to seeing the new ride's

Yep we will probably be early, I almost became a no show, went to gas up the bike and it quit running about a block from the house. Had to push it home, diaphragm in the fuel valve went south . At least I had a kit to rebuild it, just finished up, good to go now.

Bronxboy

Hey Grumpy, where do u get the diaphragm kit from.

Grumpy

I got mine from service Honda               16953-MBZ-B51    COVER SET, PETCOCK    $29.26

The cover set is the kit.

I will be meeting Nick and Jack and the rest at the Park in San Antonio, at 8:00
Lee and Deb will be meeting us there also. Add 2 more to the total for lunch.

John Schmidt

I might be able drive over for lunch. Have to see how my honey is fairing in the morning, if she's good then I can leave for a few hours. Unlike Eddie, I have an aversion to riding in temps approaching the mid-90's. I won't ride in shorts and tennies either  :crazy2: so if I show up it will be in the car.

FloridaValkRyder

Well Jack and Nick...what's it going to be?? :cooldude:
I still miss her.

_Sheffjs_

Nick will be a keeper of the faith and will stay put.

_Sheffjs_

How about this guy? He actually took it out!     I have the feeling I might stay alone on this limb, I think some more B's are coming.

Flrider

When I saw Sherry taking those pics, I knew it was all over, sooner or later the proof would be posted here ;D

I got to say that bike looks better when you see it in person.

Taking one out for a ride might be addicting if you like speed and twisties plus it may get the ones that are on the fence to take the plunge.

Price and performance can make the new Valkyrie very tempting, ride one and it can be all over  ;D

Bronxboy

If I did buy a new Valk or F6, I would never get rid of the Old Girl. I think having both would truly be the best way to go. I am also partial to the FJR Yamaha as well, I really miss that bike.

I have already made a few lowball offers on a few 07, just waiting for someone to bite and take my money. The FJR is a nimble beast made to eat up the highway, and it comes with a lot of awesome features for long trips. And in 2 min u can take off the hard bags and turn it into a sport bike.
