New Valkyrie owner. Switched from VTX to the new 2014 Valkyrie. Been riding with a mixed bag of bikers in the are, but would like to meet up with anyone local with the Valkyrie crowd as well. Been watching this board  for a while before signing on and see most activity north and central. Are there any riders on this board in the area? Made an introductory post on the general board the other day. Finally got to the Fla. board.

Welcome tallrider.  Glad you made it over here.  Quite a few of the group are leaving for Maggie Valley N.C. this weekend so you might not get a lot of responses for a week or so.  If you click on a long thread like the one about the Maggie Valley trip and look at the folks that have posted there you can see where most folks are from if they put their town information in their signature.
Hope to see you at a lunch ride eventually.  We are 20 miles N. of Gainesvile Fl. and there aren't a lot of Valkyrie owners close to me either.  A few in Jacksonville area and down the East coast.

Welcome from the Tampa Bay area, we will also be heading up to Maggie Valley on Monday morning. But we normally ride every Saturday. Just check in around Thursday and see where we are planning on going  Great Group of like minded people who love the Valks and love to ride.

Welcome, and as Gill mentioned post a pic when you can. Picked up my new black 2014 Valk two weeks and 500 miles ago. Just walked in from the garage as I just changed the chrome trim for black and like the look a lot all black.  Here are the old chrome trim pieces.

Appreciate the welcome. I do make an occasionaly run up to the south bay area, Palmetto off 19 Crab Shack meet friends down from up north. Getting to anything north of there is tough. I do still work and weekends are my only days. Right now my wife is recovering from torn rotator cuff sergery and I cannot get away for to long. Daughter and son in law will be here for first 2 weeks of July. I am having trouble getting out with a local group of guys right now and. I would like to catch one of those sat get together some time near future and will see if that works out for me. Finally got a picture posted. Ended up as an avatar. Thought it would appear on the message body. Had to use my tablet. Would not accept the one off my computer said to large. Not sure how to reduce size or attach in body of posts. Will have to work on that as well as the spell checker. Everyone posting sound just like the group I would like to meet. Had a great small group of VTX guys here till the economy crash. They had to leave and regroup there lives and jobs. Kind of ironic. Two of them ended up in Texas. The other one got devorced from a Russian gal, met an Asian gal moved somewhere in Asia and opened a pizza joint. Guess you got to do what you got to do to make it.

Fort Myers Beach here.  Rode up to meet Valkyrie group north with flsix, great group of dedicated  Valkers.

Was at the beach this am. Not with the bike. Dropped my wife off at the Big M  . That my not work well. Would like to meet you two. Would be up for the trip north possible if I can work it out in my weekends. Went to Polmetto in Feb meet friends there right after I got the bike. Darn near did me in. Had the Corbin seat on was no help. Still got to do what you can when you can.  Hoping any day  Corbin reworked seat will show up at my door. If that reworked seat didn't do the trick. I will have a seat and stiil ride but able to send the original to Russel and have them make one. Whick is what I should have done in the first place. So if you are doing something local next weekend. Would be up to meeting?
