Saddlebag lid racks?

Can some of you that have saddlebag racks post some pictures of them? I have a standard with Tourer bags. I'm thinking about getting a set but I'd like to see what they would look like on a Tourer first. They look great on an Interstate. Also, I've read the you can use Harley racks.  Is that so? What Harley racks fit our lids?  I have a Harley dealer here in town.

Here is a general Google pics search.

I have the Honda racks on one interstate, and none on the supervalk.  Besides being more chrome, their most used purpose is just for handles lifting the lids.  Almost no one actually puts small bags on them (and then only on trips).  Some with riding small kids may think they will act as footrests, but centered up most feet go on the leading forward edge of the bag and still scuff paint (clear paint protectors probably work better)(and have them wear sox over their tennies).

Besides Honda OE, there were smaller Show Chrome/Big Bike parts* (I think not made anymore), and MC Enterprises** (thinner bar stock)(I think still made).

Then there are some really long ones by Tsukayu. Made for their bags, but might fit OE bags.

Custom World International out of Quebec makes some strange ones (not for Honda) (go to page 72/73).

Besides drilling the holes exactly right and bolting up, you need to use clear RTV on the bolts and washers to waterproof the mounts.

You might be able to take unopened Hog or other mounts out to the bike and lay them on the bags to guestimate if they will fit the curve of the OE bags.  And an extra washer or two would probably even up a slightly irregular fit.  I cannot remember anyone using Harley bag guards, but it may have been done.

This is pretty busy.  Euro bike. Honda solo rack, but I don't think the bag racks are OE (they don't seem to have the little flip up at the ends) (good fit though)

I like the ones on the Euro bike and wish I knew what they were  8)

I've noticed that some folks mount them with the 'flip' to the front while others mount them with it facing the rear.

Thanks all. Yeah...that drilling the holes just right is the part that gives me pause about the racks. I'd like them for handles for the lids, not too much for putting things on. That, and they would add some weight to the lids, which to me would be a good thing. And, I think they look good. Probably will go for it if I can find some that work.

Cobra used to make saddlebag racks for the Valk Tourer/Interstate and Shadow Tourer. That Euro pix sure looks like them

Depending on which racks are being used there may or may be be much 'wiggle room' for the mounting holes. That may cause me to make a template.

I thought the ones on the Euro bike there ARE oem.  I'm probably wrong, but I thought that the oem's only had three mounting points (only three holes to drill instead of four).
I can't help about the shape I'm in
I can't sing, I ain't pretty and my legs are thin
But don't ask me what I think of you
I might not give the answer that you want me to

They may be oem, but most I see are the shorter versions. I like the length on the Euro ones. I had MC Enterprises on my Tourer before and they were ok but like the beefier look on these.
